This painting pays tribute to and acknowledges the Australia’s First People throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, sea and community.

When we go to the thing we love, whether it be a place or a person, it always feels like coming home. For me, its swims in the water. The reference photo for this painting was taken on a very chilly Melbourne winter morning, but the sun was booming making the world seem very decieving!
