‘Occasionally I create an artwork to loosen up and break away from the style I’ve been working on. Occasionally they turn out to be the best of paintings and Floreale is a little gem that I absolutely love.
She is fresh, spontaneous and energetic. The colours include dusty pinks, maroon, sage, mustard and greens with a touch of fluro pink.’
Floreale is painted on a stretched canvas with 3.8cm sides, so she’s ready to hang. The image extends around the sides of the painting.
All paintings are finished in 2 coats of satin lacquer for protection and longevity.
