Flowers Are Like Friends, They Bring Colour To Your World by Lucinda Leveille is a floral inspired watercolour piece on Saunders paper, the name comes from a quote from A.A. Milne.

I always seem to be drawn back to flowers in the landscape when I pick up my watercolours, I love to experiment with the colours and layer them one on top of the other. This one has my favourite flower – Queen Annes Lace –  those fantastic little flowers are so delightful to paint. I am really enjoying working with this garden series of paintings – the colours and vibrancy of gardens are a lovely feeling when we are in winter and at the moment lockdown!  Turquoise is a wonderful summer colour to enjoy all year round.

The paintings are signed on the front with my name ‘Lucinda’ and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. The piece will arrive cocooned in bubble wrap and packed within a sturdy cardboard container, sometimes recycled ( I do like to recycle when I can!), any glass will be taped to help prevent breakage, it may not be the prettiest on the outside but the contents will arrive safe and sound.
