This artwork depicts flowers bright green background.  What makes this artwork unique is the positioning of the flowers as well as the think black outlines on the stems and petals of the flowers.  Emma is heavily influenced by Margaret Preston who uses block prints for her work.

This painting is a one-off, original stand-alone painting.  Overall the painting invites the onlooker to look at color and botanicals in a different way with the use of contrast, thick black lines and textured highlights

The painting is 40cm height x 30cm width.  It is on stretched canvas and unframed.
