Its time to start celebrating Melbourne and Sydney, you are finally free, Freedom Day has arrived! As vaccination rates soar, borders reopen. A signal that the challenging times of lockdown are behind us all.

A big thank you to all the people of Melbourne and Sydney, you are truly amazing! You have had it damn tough the last 18 months with lockdown after lockdown. As a fellow Aussie i want you to know all Australians are proud of you. So to all Melbournians and Sydney siders, thank you. Your efforts in helping the country reopen again haven’t gone unnoticed and I recognise you all in my latest painting Freedom Day.

To mark the celebration of Freedom day and the gradual return to life as we once knew it, I present to you Freedom Day. A fabulous fun painting marking a time in history that Australia will never forget. The count down was on for many people and that day freedom returned people were abuzz with excitement. We mark this with people dancing, finally enjoying being close to one another again. Families, friends, neighbours all reunited.
