Named after a lyric in Enya’s “Orinoco Flow” – to let you sail away to that perfect beach. Kerry has used a contemporary approach using techniques such as expressionism and pop art to capture her model in contrasting colours of teal and red to give a sense of passion and energy. This painting is painted using professional artist acrylics and mediums from Matisse, Golden, and Liquitex Professional Spray Paint. Golden Self Levelling Medium has been painted onto the canvas prior to painting the image – creating texture and an impression of movement to the surface of the painting. The painting is finished with a Satin Varnish which protects the surface with a satin finish.
