About the Artwork

Original hand painted abstract art. Acrylic paint applied using a brush for the base and then hand drawn lines using an acrylic pen added. Each brush stroke is used as the shape to draw the lines. Lots of lines.

Different shades of greens to form the different shaped leaves. The detail added within each shape with either white or black line work. Dark blue black to add a different shade again with line detail. Each shape and line painted and drawn by hand.

Look at the close up photos and you will see the detailed line work, sometimes the photos do not do the painting justice. Love this painting, love the effect. Always a labour of love, even though each piece takes time when it is complete I very much love the end result and I hope you do too.
