This is a piece based on the characters I encountered during my recent trip away to visit my mother in NSW. These birds are just such a joy to watch and in my short visit I made friends with a few who came so close to inspect me and spend time with me. I quickly fell in love with them and look forward to painting them some more. I really hope you enjoy this piece.
