There’s a familiarity in this piece that’s hard to pin down. Like running into someone you haven’t seen in years and feeling like no time has passed. It’s got that quiet magnetism – the kind that doesn’t demand your attention, but keeps pulling you back.

Painted on raw natural linen, the palette moves between warm pinks, muted neutrals, and deeper earthy tones. It’s full of subtle shifts and layered gestures – some bold, some barely there. Together they create a rhythm that unfolds the longer you sit with it.

Created in my Perth studio, Hey Stranger is an original abstract painting designed to bring presence, warmth, and a bit of mystery into your space.
