Hidden Figures 8 Glow by Marguerite Bonwick – I have recently been endeavouring to create art with my strengths,interests and natural abilities. I have always been drawn to portraying the female form and life drawing. I have also always been aware that I have Pareidolia, which is the scientific name for when people are able to see shapes or make pictures out of randomness. I have created this artwork on an intimate sized stretched canvas using mixed media, using my life sketches and my memory and knowledge of the human form. Based on a neutral background really made the Sennilier oil sticks stand out and seemingly Glow. This painting would make an eye catching and interesting conversation starter.
