I See You Looking at Me by Elise Judd

Acrylic and Collage on canvas.

This work is reminiscent of a bygone era, when we stayed in the sun all day lathering our bodies with baby oil. It has an original vintage map in parts of the background. It reminds us of a time when the car would be overloaded with kids and legs would stick to the vinyl seats because of the heat. This is part of body of work that takes a contemporary took on an innocent and carefree time and place in Australia.

This artwork has been photographed before two coats of protective varnish are added to mitigate shine in the picture.
