This landscape framed by the West MacDonnell Ranges, is an impression of the ephemeral Ilparpa clay pans outside Mparntwe (Alice Springs). They are an important ecosystem in the region and are stunning, the waters ranging from clear blue to chocolate brown depending on the colour of the sky and time of day.
Painted black on the sides so will not require framing.
Finished with two coats of varnish for protection.Packaged in biodegradable bubble wrap and a cardboard carton.
