When creating resin art, the artists input is about 50% – the remainder just evolves itself. And that’s what happened in this artwork. I chose the palette and method of application. The end result was like the evolving solar system! One big rotating cloud of interstellar dust and gas – the solar nebula (which was created after the Big Bang a million years ago!) I always feel a sense of timelessness when I look into this painting. A sense that we’re just a speck in the big scheme of things and that nothing is really worth stressing over…
