Original hand painted abstract

My inspiration for this one is a vertical garden, all the different shades of green to mimic the foliage. Beautiful colours in between with hints of other colours peeping through. Shades of colour with each square outlined in another colour. Moving from light to dark.

Layers of colour painted onto the canvas. Lots of squares applied, one on top of the other. Every individual square is outlined. Layers upon layers to add texture. Waiting for each colour to dry before the next one added. Takes time but I always love the result. Lots of individual squares.

The painting can look different from afar or close up.

Look at the close up photos and you will see the detailed line work, sometimes the photos do not do the painting justice. Love this painting, love the effect. Always a labour of love, even though each piece takes time when it is complete I very much love the end result and I hope you do too.

Colours may appear slightly different than in real life, depending on your device resolution.

Hundreds of individual squares. Love the look.

This painting is not framed but framing can be organised – pricing upon request

Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and signed on the back. Also signed on the front somewhere within the painting. Small and discrete.
