My inspiration for this is the blending and including different colours. Soft blues, purple, yellows and orange, White accents through out,

Layers of colour painted onto the canvas. Lots of criss cross brush strokes applied, one on top of the other. Layer upon layer to add texture. Waiting for each colour to dry before the next one added. Takes time but I always love the result.

The painting can look different from afar or close up.

Look at the close up photos and you will see the detailed brush strokes, sometimes the photos do not do the painting justice. Love this painting, love the effect. Always a labour of love, even though each piece takes time when it is complete I very much love the end result and I hope you do too.
