Artist Statement: It was a day filled with love and lightness, with family and friends, the sun shone yellow and the flowers were pink and blue.

This is a once off original artwork that won’t be made available for reproduction printing at any time. I don’t do reproduction prints as they have no value themselves and lower the value of the original work which is not fair to the buyer of that work.

This work is oil and acrylic on 110 X 200 cm on Premium Professional Canvas 100% Acid Free Cotton, the work is sent in a roll (this is taken into account in the price) ready to be stretched onto a frame .

This work is sealed with a Conservationist Varnish. The conservationist quality varnish means that you can wipe the painting free of dust with a damp cloth, if you need to, which will preserve its life. Conservationist quality varnish is essential as it doesn’t yellow or crack with age and will preserve your painting for posterity.

The work is painted on the sides so that if you decide to hang it as it is without an exterior frame (which is how I hang all the art in my own home) it will still look lovely from any angle. No ugly white sides. If adding a frame I suggest matching your home rather than the painting ie if you have a lot of timber use a timber frame etc. I have included images of the work with frames to give you an idea of what a frame will look like if you decide to go with a frame.

I try to give an accurate example of the size of the work insitu but these are examples only and do not replicate your own space so PLEASE make sure to measure your space for the size of the work !!!!! this is especially essential with large pieces like this one as they are very expensive to send even in a roll – please don’t guess.
