Additional Information

Its a numbers game: by Brendan Walsh (ColdGhost)

This original Mixed Media Abstract Artwork was created using recycled Street Posters, cardboard and paint, first to create texture.

This artwork was then heavily layered with paint to build up the Abstract background effect while letting the vintage poster print appear.

This artwork continues my experimentation with using different techniques to apply the paint Sponges, rags, plastic, scrapers, paint pens, spray packs, stencils, pencils, fingers, in fact anything except paint brushes.

The artwork is a Abstract Statement piece and will give maximum impact to any room.

My art is directly influenced by Graffiti in City Laneways, Vintage Billboards and other weathered surfaces & is also inspired by my love of gestural abstraction and my obsession with using spray paint.

Insitu examples are not to scale.

The work comes in a black frame mounted under clear protective perspex and is ready to hang.
