“Jess, Moving The Heifers”
Winsor and Newton Griffin Alkyd Oils on canvas board
76cm (W) x 66cm (H) x 3cm (D)
AUD2180.00

This piece is elegantly double framed for your viewing pleasure.

This is a scene from a working farm in Victoria. It reminds me of my youth and of home. Most of my days contained this scene – I love it’s skillful simplicity. By that I mean it’s easy to romanticise the lifestyle, but it takes a lot of skill and knowledge to do it right. And yet there’s a simplicity about it when done well. Time slows down, and it can be truly wonderful.
I hope you enjoy.
