Juhmbi Jagi in the Bundjalung-Yugambeh language means ‘Smoke Ceremony’

A Smoking Ceremony welcomes and assists in cleansing the area and the people of bad spirits and is used to promote the protections and well-being of visitors. This sacred ceremony is also used to pay respects to their ancestors, the land, water and sea of country.
