Just Breathe… by Kim Neil

This is a part of my splatter paint series, painting these is pure joy: I literally throw paint on the canvas and then paint what the painting shows me.
For this particular piece I thought this was a time we all need a bit of peace, to be reminded about what matters in life, and to just breathe.
When I am stressed the first thing I do is to go for a walk and connect with my family and nature. Recently there has been an influx of butterflies and ladybugs, and it has been a wonderful reminder to see the small things which bring us joy: these are hidden amongst the painting.
