A textured landscape spontaneously painted in alla prima style using a combination of brush and palette knife. I was inspired by the golden masses of foliage contrasting against the pale blue sky behind. Karri trees are tall, eucalyptus trees which are native to south Western Australia.

Artist quality oil paint on professional grade stretched canvas. The sides are 4cm thick and are painted consistent with the color scheme of the subject.
