An original oil painting by Margaret Connell.

The image was inspired by childhood memories of going for afternoon drives in the hills and from the drive home when the hills were aglow from late after afternoon sun . Italian canvas was stretched over à frame and was primed with a number of layers if gesso.Art Spectrum oil paint was used and that brand glazing gel to seal the painting . D hooks have been put in the back of the frame and it is ready to hang .It does not have an external frame .
