Life in Colour by Doodie Herman – I’m quite enjoying my new pot of Napthol Crimson to create a particular shade of pink that works so well with blues and greens. A fresh, cheerful abstract landscape where a lot of paint was scraped on with a credit card, creating wonderful stripes and mixes directly on the surface. It’s a very immediate and unpredictable way to paint and gives a unique result.
Painted on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection and easy cleaning
