Little Aussie Battler by Sue Hill

This acrylic painting of an old Queenslander in the country is set out in portrait format. Sue noticed this very old, neglected house on stilts when out walking one morning. It needed some TLC ! (a renovator’s delight.) She set out to paint something typically Australian! Sue painted this house set amongst red dusty earth and dry scrub bushes and is surrounded by a barbed wire fence. The windows are broken and cracked. Australian house on stilts in need of repair, enclosed by barb wire fencing.

The painting us ready to hang. The sides are painted black and it is signed on the back.
