I have been back in Bali again for 2 months and have been doing some works on paper. This is one of two collages made from a series of collage papers I prepared with only blue colors (French ultra marine, cerulean blue and cobalt turquoise light) and a little white and black acrylic paint. They came out pretty good and a great exercise for the brain to do something different now and then and to get my mind of other things happening in the world at the moment and here around us in the little compound where we stay in a lovely Pondok. Going for long walks through the rice fields with its water ways especially when it’s been raining is such a magic thing day and night! A big inspiration. Here’s the first collage I made and I added a punch of lovely pyrrole reds which I think gives it a magic lift!
This work is on heavyweight water color paper and needs framing or can be mounted on an artist panel as well. Frames in the picture are not included.
Sealed with varnish for protection and comes with a certificate of authenticity and signed at the front and back
