Magpies Funky by Rosemary Legat – Acrylic paint, inktense pencils, acid free collage pieces (designed & created by Artist especially for this artwork) on 300gsm mixed media paper.

This wacky artwork began as a unique multi media layered intuitive base which brought on thoughts of the Australia Magpie therefore it was destined that I would develop my wild base into a surreal, imaginative bird creation full of personality and whimsy.

I finished this vibrant creation with a touch of fixative spray followed by a little spray varnish for protection. Initialled on the front.

My artwork gallery includes examples of how my perching birds could look framed and displayed but please check artwork dimensions as in situ examples are for display purposes only and may not be to scale.

Note: Artwork will be come packaged flat rather than rolled in a cylinder.
