Mind Landscape by Evelyn Hambros –

I was motivated by the striking colours of a flower (purple & yellow Pansy) to commence this painting. Nature seems to balance colours to perfection. My process and approach was very mindful and calming from the start; and although I worked on this painting, here and there, for over a period of a month, each time I moved the new thick wet paint around on the canvas, I did it in a smooth, steady and flowing way. My approach, coupled with how the painting was making me feel, was meditative.

Bespoke custom framing in Tasmanian Oak, finished in Scandinavian oil, enhancing uniqueness of grain and ensuring lasting protection. Crafted with precision by experienced artisan.

RECESSED FLOATING FRAME:
