Mood by Evelyn Hambros – Experimenting extensively with acrylic paints greatly loosened with medium; allowing gravity to move the paint around the canvas by tilting the canvas to and fro. Also trialling moving the paint with gusts of air from various apparatus (eg blowing tube), which resulted in spontaneous colour blending and new colours were created from the process. I gained a breadth of knowledge from my trials. In the final work I used only two hues and allowed the process to incidentally create many colours. Original artwork.
