This painting was designed as part of a dynamic diptych and would look great paired with it’s partner Nothing separate, nothing still II. The pair can be purchased for $3200 or separately for $1750 separately.

This painting was awarded a Highly Commended in the Lethbridge 20000 2023 Art Prize.

Painted using mixed media, this original abstracted work on paper draws inspiration from my garden.

I describe this as one of my painted, collaged, explosive arrangements, where I use a an amalgam of techniques and mediums including intricate drawings, mono-printed textures and painted pieces in a process of deconstruction and reconstruction.

I relish the thrill and challenge of discovering a visual order through this dynamic process of layering until a kind of chaotic yet harmonious rhythm is achieved.

Custom framed – floated in a pale pine coloured timber frame on a cream base within Artglass Anti-reflective, UV protection, durable museum grade glass.
