Ocean Breathing I by Ange Miller.

When painting commissions I thrive on painting multiples to fit the brief. This artwork was one of these multiples painted for the Crown commissions. This one was my favourite of the two, but the other fit the interior design better, so this sweet baby is up for grabs.

I go into “another place” when painting.

This artwork was no exception. It was as if the media and I were conversing in mysteries too deep for words.

Original acrylic on canvas and ready to hang, this piece is sized  48″x 60″ for an impressive statement. Metallic embellishments flash and shimmer as you move past, as if whispering to the passer by.

Currently hanging above my dining table, Ocean Breathing really does bring a wonderful flow of movement to the space. Flicks, sweeps and textural celebrations collaborate to produce a playground for eyes.
