Semi Abstract painting.

Acrylic on paper

Influenced by Australian folklore and the work of Sydney Nolan.  This is my own semi abstract interpretation of Ned Kelly on horseback. In this painting I have attempted to show Ned as a lonely, isolated figure hunted by law enforcement. The background colours are simple earthy tones which provide a beautiful (almost haunting) contrast to Ned in his Black armour.

Premium white timber frame is included (60x60cms). This art is mounted on a white double mat board.
