Openness is a meditation on surrender — the quiet strength found in allowing rather than striving.

This work forms part of Moonscapes, an open-ended body of work exploring lunar rhythm, light, and return. Built through soft, freehand gradients, the surface creates an atmospheric field that shifts gently with light and time. A small moon rests within the composition as a reflective anchor, accompanied by a handwritten poetic line — a daily reminder, a point of return within the space.

Inspired by the stillness of moonlight and the warmth of early dawn, these works exist in threshold moments — between effort and ease, breath and becoming. While expressive in tone, each piece remains intentionally minimal, allowing spaciousness and silence to carry the emotional weight.

Openness holds the frequency of trust and receptivity. Its words — “no reaching, only receiving” — speak to the remembering that nothing is missing, and nothing needs to be chased. The work radiates calm expansion, offering a gentle regulation of the nervous system and an atmosphere of peace, clarity, and quiet alignment.

This piece functions as both portal and companion — something to drift into visually, and something to return to through language.
