Outback Highway by Treena Seymour

Influence:  When travelling along the outback highways throughout  Australia, there are many interesting sights along the way. Some are obvious while others beckon you to go off the main road and venture along a smaller track, trail or narrower road. Adventures are made from discovering what lies beyond the outback highway.

My interpretation of this has been executed in an acrylic pour using warm colours depicting our hot inland climate and red earth. The use of gold dust adds to our Goldrush heritage locations which are dotted throughout our gorgeous landscape.

Specifications:   Quality acrylics used giving long lasting rich pigmentation/lustre. Gold dust adding visual interest. Designed on acid free environmentally unbleached cotton duck, triple coated with universal primer, heavy duty stretcher bars were used to reduce warping. Protective Matte Varnish applied. Signed by me and ready to hang.
