Owl be Seeing ya by Rebecca Warr – The abstract background in this artwork has been produced with a catalyst wedge used to overlap cool hues contrasted with gold. The result is an image that reflects subtle movement and transparency. A curious owl has been painted over the top leaning sideways into the work. He stares straight at the viewer enticing them to look back into his large, round glassy eyes. Finally, some signature stencil work has been added to create interest and aesthetic appeal. This artwork combines my passion for birds with my interest in abstract designs and stencil work.
