This seascape oil painting was inspired by beautiful Convent Beach at Yamba, so close to town but feels very quiet and peaceful.
The ocean is usually very tranquil here and the beach is fringed by the sculptural pandanus palms.
This day was sunlit and cast a golden glow over the beach.
I have amended my original painting by creating some more sand area and happy with how it looks!
The painting is ready to hang and sides are painted, but it would also look good with a custom frame.
