Parallel Lines by Olga Megele – My summer rejuvenation takes places at Woodford, inland from Brisbane, Queensland. There is an amazing music and arts festival that takes place over six magical days. In contemplation I look into the sky, through magnificent eucalyptus trees. This piece reflects my thoughts, the casting off of the previous year and resetting for the year ahead. The colours vibrate, resonate and reset.

This piece is a large format painting with loose brushstrokes. The colours used are mostly transparent which really makes the colours become very vibrant. The surface has been covered with a protective layer of acrylic sealer which has enhanced the beautiful, rich colour.

The sides are painted in a wrap around style which makes framing optional. Ready to hang.

Signed on the back with a certificate of authenticity.
