This artwork’s inspiration stems from my “feathered nephew” .  He is actually an Eclectus Parrot belongong to my brother.  His name is Bird and he has heaps of character.  He’s also very cheeky, not unlike me.  He has however endeared me to birds, particularly parrots.  In this work I have combined my love of nature (flora) with fauna!  This one was heaps of fun, I got to really show off my love of bright colours.

Its painted in acrylics and posca pens on stretched canvas measuring 90cm x 60cm x4cm
