Peninsula Flight is an original abstract landscape by Tania Chanter. The Australian landscape is a constant fascination. This piece is inspired by the unique perspective air travel provides. This landscape is not any particular place, although it may well be, as it is painted from my recollections and feelings of looking at the land from above. From the subtle changes in hue of the ocean, to the rich contrast of the land with its man-made shapes and angles this piece is a tapestry of recollection and impression. With blackened edges, this piece is ready to hang.
