I’ve been working with a very bright palette for some time and came across an old photo of the Pilbara near Tom Price that inspired a change in tone. Much of the red dirt is covered by feathery golden grasses during the wet season and the colours are muted under grey skies.
Painted on the sides so will not require framing
Finished with two coats of varnish for surface protection
I do my best to photograph my artworks accurately, but due to differences in monitors and devices, colour and contrast may vary slightly
