Pink Lemonade by Sarah Walker

This is part of a fun, bright pastel, pop art inspired fruit series! I wanted a mini series that was playful with fresh colours. Each piece is a standalone little gem, but they also pop when together. I chose a mixture of pastels and brights, a mix of my daughter’s and my favourite colours, as the main palette for these pieces. This piece Pink Lemonade was the start of this series. I liked painting this so much that I wanted to see what other candy coloured fruits I could put together!
