Red sky at night by Fern Siebler – ‘As the day fades over the horizon, and what was sunshine is to become moonlight and stars. What once was a blue sky becomes pink, becomes red, then becomes dark as night. All the trees silhouetted across the earth showing us their majestic forms’.

This piece was painted to be part of my solo show in my beautiful hometown area in regional Victoria. Each piece takes inspiration from my memories of growing up there, and how it has moulded and shaped me as a person.
