When life is crazy and chaotic, it’s easy to forget to exhale. Busy schedules and daily frustrations impact our bodies and we end up carrying unwanted tension and stress. Taking time out, pausing for even just a few moments, allows our minds and bodies to shift focus and reset. Whilst I can find little moments in the day to do this, there’s nowhere I feel more rested, with space to breath, than the coast. Here, with a spectacular sunset, and the sound of tempest waves meeting the shore, it’s so much easier to breathe deep…and that’s how I find renewal and healing. Here at the coast, I find light, hope, strength…because I remember to exhale.

Created with palette knives on 12 oz stretched cotton canvas, this large statement artwork has been framed in a beautiful solid oak timber frame. It is satin varnished to preserve the colour and paint integrity for years to come and will come with a COA.
