In this piece a woman tosses and turns in bed, her form caught between exhaustion and desperation.
The sheets coil around her, the dim glow of the night casting restless shadows.
There is no escape, only the relentless cycle of wakefulness. This is the weight of sleeplessness-
heavy, consuming, endless.
