Wild, rhythmic and unrestrained, Rexroth drives forward like jazz in paint; sharp lines, loose form, and layers of movement that feel both chaotic and composed. Saturated reds, yellows and greys crash together behind a scaffold of black. A visual syncopation that nods to its namesake, poet Kenneth Rexroth, and the improvisational pulse of the Beat Generation.

This is the 17th work in my “Kerouac (Beat Generation)” series. An ongoing exploration of rhythm, rebellion, and the beauty of imperfection. Original acrylic on canvas, rich in texture and intent.
