Rust is an abstract, from looking at things around the property. many old signs with rust eating away at any tin signs and old machinery. working on the land is something you notice when looking around. overtime steel and tin just rust away and goes back into the ground. from where it came. this is from looking up close at the rust on a tin sign. all done with a palette knife in oil.
