‘Rust River Ridge’ diptych set by Cheryl Harrison – is a significant abstract painting with its subtle imagery and suggestive mark-making to endlessly roam.

Inspired by the outback and the patterns found in nature, this work is about experiencing vast open spaces and discovering both subtle and bold changing patterns within it – when your imagination begins to take over and starts filling in the gaps.

The palette consists of stunning soft cool blues with bold and dramatic earthy tones married with small pops of colour, bursting through the surface.
This unique and complex piece of artwork will easily command centre stage in a large area and a fantastic piece to take time out and get lost in.

They are acrylic on canvas, each varnished and wired ready to hang either together as a diptych, ( 2 paintings together making total dimensions 180cm W x 60cm H x 4cm D), or apart (each separate painting 90cm W x 60m H)

The right canvas of the diptych is signed on the front as Cheryl H. and both canvases are signed on the back with full signature and titled and are wired separately, ready to hang on the wall either together or separately, offering greater versatility. All of the edges are painted black.
