Same Different by Rebecca Warr

This is a painting where layers have been built up with the use of a Catalyst Wedge. Subdued pastel hues have been juxtaposed with yellow oxide, pink and dark emerald to create a sense of contrast. Aesthetic appeal has been achieved in the sense of movement and folded texture. This large scale artwork would suit any contemporary space and would pair well with my other very similar work ‘Different Same’ resulting in an even larger scale diptych.
