Sand Ripples 2 by Deborah Lang – Invite some solace into your home with this beautiful large textured sand abstract ‘Sand Ripples 2’.

Texture paste, Sand, Acrylic paint & spray paint.

Part of my Zen Collection, I have mixed a beautiful natural medium with sand incorporated.  Using a palette knife to create beautiful textures and patterns, I have recreated the look of sand ripples.

The process is very calming and meditative for me, I hope to impart this onto the viewer 🙂 How beautiful to have a piece of natures beauty in your home.

The edges are painted black, it has been finished with matt varnish and is ready to hang, framed with a black timber floating frame.

Note:  It has been strung horizontally but it could be hung anyway to suit your decor 🙂
