Sapphire… the colour of free creative expression.

I was inspired by opal mining videos for this diptych. I’ve added magical reflective elements which woo your eyes as you move past the artwork.

They are dancing, reaching for each other like synapses destined to connect.

These will bring such delight to a room, suitable for home and commercial spaces alike. Metallics and interference pigments create reflective flashes as you pass in font of these artworks which almost feels like they’re whispering to you.

• Original acrylic and mixed media on gallery wrapped canvas.
• 2 x Canvases measuring 1020mm x 1020mm x 40mm

For non-Australian addresses we remove the canvases from the stretcher bars and post carefully rolled around cylindrical foam in a tube.

The artworks will require a trip to the framers to be restretched, but this method is far more cost effective than shipping whole.
