The origami crane (Tsuru) symbolises honor, good fortune, loyalty, and longevity.

The Japanese believed that anyone with the patience and commitment to fold 1,000 origami cranes would be given good fortune and granted a wish. It has also become a symbol of hope and healing during challenging times.

This piece uses gold detailed origami paper to create highlights and is set against a neutral muted blue/grey background.

Framed in Blackwood stain timber floating frame and ready to hang.
